Engineered to excel in the harshest reducing and mild oxidizing environments, B3 Hastelloy® alloy plate combines a nickel-molybdenum-tungsten matrix (Ni-65%, Mo-28.5%, W-1.5%) to deliver unmatched resistance to hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, and chloride stress corrosion cracking (SCC). Certified to ASTM B333, ASME SB-333, and NACE MR0175, this alloy outperforms B2 and other Hastelloy grades in mixed acid media, offering 2x the lifespan of B2 in environments with trace oxidizers. Ideal for chemical reactors, pickling systems, and sour gas applications where reliability is critical.
